Stafford recently completed this 36,000 square foot office/flex building located in the Ken Caryl Business Center on Shaffer Parkway for Joe A. Valdez of Pro Commercial Property Services. 

The one-story structure is a site cast concrete tilt-up that featured “green” building elements including low-e glass, roof top solar panels and sky lights.  Each of the four units accommodates offices and warehouse space with large overhead doors for deliveries
