Werner Truck Facility

This is a multi-use facility with 6,000 square feet of office, 10,000 square feet of repair facilities, with over three acres of concrete paving on an eight acre site.  The fuel storage and management systems were installed on a design/build basis utilizing state-of-the-art computerized components. 

The project was completed ahead of schedule even though the owner decided to increase the planned building size by 20%, added utility lines, and truck servicing equipment during construction
