Parkridge Medical Office Building

Dramatic reveals highlight the Parkridge M.O.B., a 43,000 square foot, 3-story, site-cast architectural concrete medical office building.  The building received the 2006 National Award for its design and construction from the Tilt-Up Concrete Association.  Parkridge is one of the tallest and most architecturally detailed site-cast concrete buildings in Colorado.

Housed in this facility are an ambulatory surgery center, a spinal clinic, an MRI clinic, a physical therapy clinic, five dental suites, and an optometrist.  Design and construction techniques allowed the building to be constructed with a 20% savings over conventional structures such as steel and masonry.
