GE Access Distribution

GE Access needed to expand their technical call center for Sun Microsystems at their Westminster complex by 18,613 square feet. Keeney Design and Stafford Corp. teamed up with GE on a “Design Assist” basis to reconfigure the existing office space. The work required extensive HVAC and electrical modifications to accommodate the added personnel, computer equipment, and a special UPS room.

The project was completed with a tight time deadline while the building was being occupied. The project was successfully completed within the time limit and budget.
