This 2,950 square foot convenience store and fueling facility designed by Galloway, Romero & Associates was completed in 1998 in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Construction began in December and was completed the following February; within 73 days. The concrete block structure with wood trusses sits on a 50,000 square foot site paved with 5” concrete.  This prototype store is one of Southland Corp’s largest grossing new locations.
