Church’s Chicken

Church’s Chicken is a 2,000 square foot, free standing fast food restaurant with a drive thru is located in the Chambers Place Shopping Center in Aurora Colorado.  It was constructed on a 15,000 square foot high visibility pad site in a Safeway anchored shopping center. Stafford worked closely with the franchisor and franchisee to incorporate a new color scheme introduced midway through construction and still completed the project on schedule.
