Harmony Marketplace

This 10,000 square foot in-line retail building is located in an existing Safeway anchored shopping center and was designed by Cahen Architectural Group for the Barclay Group out of Arizona.  The exterior structure of this one story building is concrete block, steel columns and bar joists with a veneer of El Dorado stone and EFIS.  The vanilla shell included RTU’s for up to 6 separate users.  The project was completed in less than 120 days.
