Stafford Construction has a strong background in retail construction evidenced by this typical 2000 SF Radio Shack store located in the Riverpoint Shopping Center in Sheridan, Colorado. Because the shopping center is built on unusual soils, special systems for methane monitoring and fire alarms had to be designed and built into the project. This TI project was turned over to Radio Shack within 30 days.
