Design Build - By providing design solutions with up-to-date information on available materials and methods and by working closely with our mechanical and electrical subcontractors, we are able to find integrated solutions to design problems and move a project ahead on a “fast tract” basis
Budgets & Estimating – We provide a comprehensive range of estimating services for our clients from preliminary conceptual estimates to detailed take-offs and competitive bids.
Project Scheduling – Our project managers and superintendents work together to develop a schedule in order to keep your project flowing smoothly and adjusting as necessary to continually meet each milestone to completion.
Value-Engineering – With every project we provide plan evaluation and value engineering principles in order to suggest alternate materials and methods that meet our client’s project goals and objectives at a lower cost.
Sub-Contractor Qualification – Stafford Corp. continually evaluates the quality of our sub-contractors and pre-qualifies them for technical competence, financial stability, job performance, competitiveness, and scheduling compatibility.

Quality Control – as part of our quality control measures, our superintendents are required to keep daily logs, that records who is on the site, what they are doing or completing, and what materials are being delivered. In addition to this log, they are required to take digital photographs of the project.
Safety Management – Stafford Corp. maintains that the Safety and Health Plan is the highest support, priority and participation by all employees, subcontractors and subcontractor employees is mandatory.
Schedule Control/Management – Schedule control is an important part of any project and is our superintendent’s priority is to continuously monitor critical path activities and their durations identified in the schedule.
Experienced on-site Management – Every project and client is important to us, Stafford Corp. only hires highly experienced Superintendents to run and maintain our job sites.
Project Reporting – Our project managers are responsible for keeping our clients informed by completing weekly update reports which highlight current activities as well as upcoming activities.

Certificate of Occupancy – Before Stafford Corp can turn over a completed project to our clients, we must obtain a Certificate of Occupancy. The CO provides verification that the building is in full compliance with current building codes and that the building is safe for occupancy, the building department completes a final inspection, signs off on the building and then issues a Certificate of Occupancy.
As-Built Documentation – Stafford keeps a set of plans on site during the construction process. Our superintendents are required to mark any changes to these plans during the building process. We then turn these as-built drawings over to our client at the closeout of the project.
Operations and Maintenance Manual – The O & M manual describes key design elements and systems with in the building (s) and explains how they should be operated and maintained that is critical to long term quality and performance.
Warranty – Stafford Corp. is committed to quality and stands behind our work, we offer our clients a Two (2) Year Warranty to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.
